I seek the genuine and avoid artifice, because phony is phony, sincere is sincere. I do my best to try and catch myself from those trappings and to call myself out as many times as necessary to help me stop myself from my own phony ways.

I’m here on a mission. To get you to see, understand and connect with God. Other than my children, this is my only purpose for existence.

All these years as Artist Robert Perez, my endeavor was to understand our nature or being and how it all ties together, ending with God. Even when painting a flower, the intent was the same.

I was raised a Catholic and I’m a devout follower of Christ, but I’ve studied philosophy, other religions and spiritual systems the whole time. Diverse knowledge is my pursuit in the hope of getting to the reality about God and our place in the cosmos. For over 10,000 years, we’ve all been on the same quest to understand it all.

For those individuals checked out to these ideas I wish to open their minds and spark genuine interest. Don’t settle for easy belief systems and hence fool yourself into believing you ‘get it’, because you probably don’t.

Get rid of the bullshit. Seek only the genuine.
