9-11-23 Where are you this day? Where were you that tragic day?

I was in New York City watching it happen live from uptown out my window.

When I knew something terrible was happening, before the first tower fell, I instinctively grabbed my keys and ran like hell out of the building to go pick up my daughter at her school in Queens to keep her close to me. As soon as I was over the Throgs Neck Bridge the city shut its borders. Total lock down.

At the exact same time me and her mother showed up at the school doors (true story). We hadn’t spoken to each other. We both had the same instinct.

Get our daughter NOW!

There are no words to heal our loses. Our hearts will bleed and cry forever.

All I can say is, don’t look down, but look up.

Ask your questions to God? He’ll answer…

Don’t ever let the enemy win by crushing your soul.

Christ didn’t let his heart be broken or his soul to be murdered. He stayed in faith to the very end.

Stay in faith, even on days like today…
