I’m convinced that one of the sticking points of people connecting with God is the concept of “worship”.

For some, it may be a hard pill to swallow.

“Worship” has many negative connotations that at times link it with other unpleasant concepts, like:

• Surrender
• Submission
• Loss of identity
• Ego

Obviously, I could go on and on.

Language is tough to manage because although we have a plethora of words to choose from there’s times when only one word will do.

Yes, my brethren and I, 100% mean to use the word “worship” in this context.

You don’t “like” God, as if He’s a buddy.

You don’t simply love God, like you would a lover or a parent.

You fucking WORSHIP GOD!

You bow down and you fear Him!

You swear to all that is in the universe in His name!

He is the master of all that is or was or will be!

He decides it all!

So, yeah, you give the respect that is due the Supreme Entity of the Universe and Beyond.

There’s no need to play footsie on the subject…

Saying it any other way is not REALLY saying it at all.
