What are the blessings of God?

Only the big things, like finding out you’re cured of cancer?

Or the little things, like the best parking spot at the grocery store?

I thank God for everything, from the smallest to the grandest.

Not because God requires it of me, but because I am actually grateful!

Let’s say God had nothing to do with a particular favorable moment, which I don’t believe because I do believe He is involved in every aspect of my life, but for arguments sake He didn’t.

Fuck it, I thank Him anyway!

Why??

Because overall He positioned me to be fortunate as much as is possible, which for Him is without limits, only by His will can it be decided.

So a blessing may not be that He made it happen, but perhaps fortune is Him “allowing it to happen” or continually positioning me for favorable outcomes.

And for that, I ALWAYS thank Him for the blessings…
